Existing contracts with homeowners have historically placed limits on a PM’s ability to implement dynamic pricing strategies. In this session, we will discuss how to communicate with homeowners about revenue management, making changes to existing homeowner contracts, and how to provide data-driven reporting for homeowners.
Omer Rabin is Managing Director, Americas, at short-term property management platform, Guesty. In this role, he oversees the company’s operations and expansion efforts in the USA and Latin America across all business functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Market development. His statements regarding the industry have been covered in CNBC, Yahoo Finance, USA Today, Fox News, CNN, and more.
Prior to Guesty, Omer was the Managing Director of WalkMe Growth and a member of the WalkMe Executive Leadership Team where he managed the company’s global SMB business efforts across teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Omer also served as an early member of the leadership team at Gainsight, where he held positions including Chief Evangelist and Global Head of Partnerships, also leading the company’s enterprise sales efforts in San Francisco.
Earlier in his career, Omer served as a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 management teams while a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company and spent years as a dedicated journalist. He holds an MBA from Stanford University where he still serves as a guest lecturer and leadership coach.
