Designed for vendors and suppliers who want to attend and connect without sponsorship. This ticket includes access to all sessions, meals, and networking opportunities. These tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred or gifted. For greater visibility and engagement, sponsorship opportunities are available.

All cancellation requests must be made via email to rebecca.chapman@vrmintel.com. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after October 7, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

By registering for DARM, you agree that your registration is subject to the ticket type selected, including all applicable refund and cancellation policies. Refundable tickets may be canceled for a refund (minus a $19.98 processing fee) through October 7, 2026, after which all registrations are non-refundable. Non-refundable tickets are final but may be transferred to another attendee at any time. All registrations must be paid in full to confirm attendance, and any unpaid registrations may be released. Vendor/Supplier tickets are non-refundable and must be paid by credit card. Property Manager tickets may be paid by credit card or check, with checks required within 30–45 days of registration. VRM Intel reserves the right to adjust ticket types if a registrant is incorrectly categorized. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue or scheduling changes, registrations will be transferred to a new date or format and will not be refunded. By attending, you also consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
