All cancellation requests must be made via email to amy.hinote@vrmintel.com. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after October 1, 2023.

If the event must be postponed by VRM Intel and/or the Omni Hotel, we will notify you immediately. Your ticket will automatically be moved to the new dates, and we will offer refunds upon request only for 30 days after a new date change is announced. If the event must be canceled completely, we will refund the net amount paid minus the $19.99 fee.
