He has spent the majority of his career equipping Customer Success and Services organizations to partner effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams, all in an effort to deliver exceptional client experiences. As the Sr. Director of the Partner Success team, Matt is responsible for building strong relationships with Vrbo’s top hosts and property managers. His teams deliver high-quality consultations aimed at helping our partners provide exceptional travel experiences, while improving booking performance on the Vrbo Marketplace and beyond.
