Francois Gouelo is CEO and Co-founder of Enso Connect, an AI-powered guest experience platform for hospitality professionals. Enso Connect services over 60,000 listings in 77+ countries, has generated over $50M in ancillary revenue for operators worldwide, and won the 2026 Skift IDEA Award for Guest Experience in Short-Term Rentals. A University of Toronto graduate in computer science and cognitive science, Francois was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 (Toronto) list for his work building Enso Connect. He now leads the company’s push into agentic AI, including its newest release, Ask EnsoAI, and works directly with property managers on turning AI from a drafting tool into something that can actually do the job end to end.
