Doug Kennedy, is President of the Kennedy Training Network, Inc. KTN’s current vacation rental clients include Belcrest (Towne Vacations), Village Realty, Alys Beach, Hodnet-Cooper, Perch Homes, SPI Rentals, Padre Getaways, Elliott Beach Rentals, Sea Pines Resort (vacation homes), and Condo-World.
Each year, Doug presents an average of 72 training workshops a month for not only some of the most respected vacation rental companies in the business, but also for the world’s leading hotels and resorts. Having started in his mid-twenties, Doug has presented 2,800 days of training for more than 92,000 participants, plus 150 conference speeches. Doug’s team provides remote scoring and coaching, based on real-world calls and text exchanges, giving him a unique insight into the conversations that are actually happening daily in 2026.
