Gabriela Paredes

Gabriela Paredes is the Director of Partner Success at Key Data, where she leads initiatives to
help partners grow through data-driven insights and meaningful collaboration. With more than
15 years in the hospitality industry — from revenue management and analytics to customer
engagement — Gabriela brings a deep understanding of both the operational and strategic
sides of the business. Before joining Key Data, she held several leadership roles with Kimpton
Hotels & Restaurants, including Director of Revenue. She’s passionate about empowering
partners to make smarter decisions and drive long-term success through data. Gabriela holds a
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration and Management from San Francisco State
University and a Hotel Revenue Management Certificate from Cornell University.
