As a co-founder of Tandemly, we merge the best practices in business and psychology to provide end-to-end external people solutions for growing companies. With my Enneagram Assessment certification and over ten years of experience in management consulting, HR advising, and Executive coaching, we help clients keep the magic of their founding team while scaling it from 10 to 100. We immerse seamlessly and in tandem into their teams to stay true to their unique DNA, clarify and codify their vision, and guide individual contributors into managers while protecting their core identity. We primarily work with venture-backed start-ups, CPG, beauty, and luxury brands.

In addition to my role at Tandemly, I support my husband, the owner of Dwell Luxury Rentals. This family-run business brings luxury short-term vacation rental management to Flagstaff, AZ. I leverage my skills in new business development, mentoring, and training to scale his team, uplevel his operations process, and transition new houses to vacation rentals by providing ongoing support.

Furthermore, I work with teens, young adults, and college students in my private therapy practice, Curios Mindset, specializing in counseling and coaching for personal and professional growth. I am passionate about helping people unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.
