Jared Paglialonga

Jared has an 18-year background in the short-term rental space, growing up in an early iteration
of the short-term rental environment in a sleepy Florida beach town. While working as a product
lead for a vacation rental software company, he founded and created a vacation rental product
that saw over 10x YOY growth, accounting for over 60% of gross corporate earnings 2 years
after going to market.

More recently, Jared worked with stakeholders to navigate the successful exit of Teeming
Vacation Rentals in March of 2022, where he worked as Director of Strategy & Partnerships to
grow the percentage of direct bookings by 20% YOY and gain 20% net growth of homeowners
YOY for a portfolio of 450 units. Since then, Jared has worked as a Sales Consultant for
Streamline Vacation Rental Software for the past 3 years. When he is not revolutionizing the
vacation rental space, Jared spends his time writing, hiking, and traveling the globe with his
loving wife.
