Emily Pattillo currently is the Vice President of Revenue Management & Distribution for Highgate Hotels, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company with a diverse portfolio of properties spanning major markets across the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. During her time, she has led the revenue strategy for Highgate’s short term rental partnerships such as Overmoon and Sentral. With over a decade of vacation rental revenue management experience, Emily has been a pioneer in the space, recognized for her ability to integrate traditional hotel revenue management techniques with cutting-edge strategies tailored for the short-term rental sector.
Before joining Highgate, Emily managed a multi-million dollar international portfolio for Casiola Vacation Homes as the Head of Revenue and Distribution, where she successfully led the company to record-breaking revenue targets through the 2020 pandemic. She began her career as an entrepreneur, founding Blue Palms, a vacation rental distribution firm in Orlando, Florida.
A thought leader in the industry, Emily has been published in VRM Intel and has been a multi-year speaker for DARM and VRMA. In 2023 she Co-Founded RevProf, the first association for revenue and revenue adjacent members specifically focused on the STR/Vacation Rental industry.
