Ashley is the Founder and CEO of Inhaven, a new ecosystem for the vacation rental industry solving the quality and reliability problem. Inhaven’s B2B platform helps professional vacation rental managers set, maintain and promote standards for their properties, driving significant cost savings, efficiencies and increased revenue streams. She has spent her career sourcing products, leading operations and establishing brand standards for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Inhaven, she was the Chief Merchandising Officer at The Company Store, a Home Depot company and head of Global Merchandising Operations at Tiffany & Co. She lives in New York with her husband, 4 young children and dog, Chase.
