Ari Eryorulmaz

Ari has been in the Short Term Rental Industry since December 2009 as a Property Manager. He has formed his 1st VR company while he was getting his undergrad degree at USC in Industrial and Systems Engineering and worked at AE Hospitality, Globe Homes between 2009 through 2016.

Currently, Ari is Co-founder of StayGia, an urban PM operating in 5 states with 300+ units, and Founder and President of Extenteam, a staffing solutions company helping STR operators across the country by providing educated and trained reservations, guest services, back-office, and accounting personnel to over three dozens of companies in various sizes with over 130 employees.

Ari is also interested in the legislative side of the STR business and is the Co-founder of Los Angeles Short Term Rental Alliance and a member of the Nashville Area Short Term Rental Association.

Ari is a former VRMA speaker at various events including National and European conferences as well as a Homeaway Software (part of Expedia Group) Advisory Board Member.
