Robert Stenhammer

I am the Vice President and General Manager for Alys Beach, a developing seaside community on Scenic Highway 30A in NW Florida that offers a life of beauty, simplicity, balance, and grace. I have over 25 years of luxury resort management experience, a MBA in Hospitality and Tourism, and a BA in Business Management. My mission is to enhance the quality of life for our homeowners, guests, employees and community, while building the value and reputation of our brand.

I have a proven track record of leading and managing luxury resort and club operations in both mountain and beach geographies. I have overseen the management of over 2,500 vacation rental properties, 40 homeowner associations, real estate sales and development, private clubs and golf courses, retail, food and beverage, spas and hotels in world-class destinations. I have served on numerous boards of directors for destination marketing organizations, development districts, community associations, government committees and non-profit entities.

A licensed real estate broker since 2009, I am passionate about hospitality, tourism, and real estate, and strive to innovate, collaborate, and excel in everything I do.
