John Suzuki is a best-selling author, podcast host, tech advisor and purpose coach. Prior to his retirement in 2022, he served professional vacation rental managers for nearly two decades from the days of fax machines and tape charts to a full-fledged eCommerce marketplace. In fact, it was John who introduced yield management and dynamic pricing to the vacation rental industry. He now splits his time with his kids and grandkids in Seattle and San Diego and is joining us at DARM 2024 to offer lessons learned from his journey and perspectives on life beyond AI.
