Monday

• Vendor Hall Setup: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Colonial Ballroom, Lobby Level
• Welcome Happy Hour 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Colonial Ballroom, Lobby Level

Tuesday

• Vendor Hall opens at 7:45 am
• Breakfast Pickup: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
• Day 1 ends: 5:15 pm

Wednesday

• Vendor Hall opens at 7:45 am
• Last break ends: 4:00 pm

Collecting shipped items:

Please send packages to the following address and include:
Name, Company Name, & VRM Intel - 387 King Street, Charleston, SC 29403

** You will be responsible for requesting the front desk to ask for engineering to retrieve their packages when you are ready for them. It is always helpful if you have shipping/tracking information to make sure your packages were delivered.

 

Shipping items at close:

• Make sure to have your return labels printed before the conference. The hotel has a business center where you can print labels if you do forget.
• You are responsible for calling UPS/FedEx to arrange for a pickup from the hotel.
• Leave your packages in a plain (easy to see) site next to your booth space. The hotel's engineering team will pick them up and deliver them to the shipping/receiving area.
